Unit 127 features a fully stocked kitchen perfect for frying up your fresh catch of the day. Washer and dryer in the unit make managing wet beach clothes easy. Located on the first floor, the condo requires using a small staircase to enter the building. While not a waterfront unit, the complex offers water views from the outdoor pool overlooking the channel.
Situated on the bay, the complex provides ample fishing opportunities with an onsite fishing pier and fish cleaning station—ideal for avid anglers or families who enjoy fishing. Boat slips are available by request (advance setup required), with a $15/day rental fee charged by the HOA. The boat dock is a five-minute drive away, and off-site boat parking can be arranged through the front office.
Just one mile from White Cap Beach and close to National Seashore Malaquite Beach—where sea turtles are released—this location is a prime North Padre Island getaway.
Enjoy two on-site pools: a heated indoor pool just steps from the condo and an outdoor pool overlooking the fishing pier and bay, perfect for sunset cocktails. If you own a boat and want to rent a boat slip for the day, that option is available through the HOA—please contact the host to arrange this in advance.

You can rent a boat slip from the condo complex for $15 a day with a reservation. Please note that boat trailer parking is not available at the complex. Instead, trailers must be parked at Marker 37, a fenced storage facility located about 5 minutes from the condo. Trailer parking there costs $5 a day. Marker 37 also offers boat launch access, making it easy to drive your boat to the condo’s dock.

If own a boat and would love to rent a boat slip for the day that is an option, please reach out to host as HOA charges 15$a day for rental. Boat dock is a five min. drive from the complex. Boat parking is off sight and can be set up with the front office in advance.

Whitecap Beach is 5 mins drive also.
Mustang island beach is only a bridge over. (5mins drive)
