This unit is in a small complex, close to Shoal Bay Beach. Linen will be fitted to Queen bed for initial 2 guests. Linen for additional guests will be provided but not fitted for bunk beds. Children aged 2 and upwards are classed as addtional guests. Bath towels supplied. Well equipped kitchen; No lift access, 14 steps to entry. Sunny private balcony.
The whole unit is yours to enjoy. Both the unit and common grounds are non smoking, which includes the grassed and clothesline areas. Check in time from 2pm till 10pm, check out by 10am.
We live on the premises and will assist you where possible. if you need us, give us a call.
Please advise when you bring more people than have been confirmed in your booking (no more than 6 in total including infants/children).
Please remember this is a residential building, and to keep noise to a minimum, so we can all enjoy this beautiful area.
