This apartment has a murphy bed and a pull out couch, wood fireplace, deck overlooking Whistler Mtn, full kitchen and renovated bathroom. Close to everything you need! 1 free parking stall. Ideal for a couple but can fit 4.
The communal areas throughout the building are dated back to 1976. The decor is of that same era, rather 'charming'. Once you're inside the unit, it is much more updated, as you can see in the pictures:)
This studio suite is located on the second floor of a cozy three-story building. It looks out onto Whistler Mountain. The Creekside Gondola is a 5 minute walk.
The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Whistler Village is a 5 min drive/10 min bus ride.
The Red Door bistro (fine dining) and Roland's Pub and Cold Beer & Wine Store are located in the building. A great coffee shop, Fix Cafe, is next door.
A grocery store, 24 hr gas station, gym, coffee shops (Starbucks and Tim Hortons) and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. There is no need for a vehicle but there is one available parking stall.
Since this is a studio, 2 people might fit best but the couch does pull out and bedding is supplied to accommodate 4.
TV with cable.
Ski/bike storage area on the main floor.
Please ask any questions, I am very accommodating with check in/check out times, the nights needed, and anything else that may be of concern.
I prefer to not do alterations, since most of the time I coordinate new reservations around yours. But, I am happy to if it's over a month in advance and I don't have a new renter back to back.

The pool, hot tub, and shared laundry are closed until November 2017 sometime. They are doing some repairs on that area of the building so you won't have access to these amenities if you are renting then.
This unit does not have air conditioning. There is a large industrial fan in the unit that you can easily use. When there are heat spells, I advice you to shut the curtains and windows in the day time while you're out adventuring and open the window (which has a screen) at night time to let the cool air in.
The building has a strata law stating that noise complaints warrant a $100 fine, $200 for the second, $300 for third and so on. So this unfortunately has to be respected.
