Our lovely chalet bungalow is on the edge of the South Downs National Park & only a 10 minute bus ride from central Brighton, in the village of Woodingdean. We are also only a 5 minute car journey from the University of Sussex campus.
Our ground floor double room includes a desk, wardrobe & drawer space. There is also sole use of the of the newly refurbished downstairs bathroom/wc including bath & shower, on the same floor.
There is a comfortable conservatory area adjoining the kitchen which guests are welcome to use for relaxing and a lovely west facing garden when the British climate allows
We will be here to welcome guests and can be contacted for help or information at any time to try to make your stay more enjoyable.
We can also offer secure storage for bikes & access to Wi-Fi.
We have a small dog and 2 cats who are very friendly.
We can offer either a light "tea, cereal and toast" type breakfast or for a little extra a full English.
We are easy going and have shared our home with many staying guests from all over Europe over the years & just ask that you respect our home and our neighbours.
We are a non-smoking household.
There is no access to the first floor rooms.
