Quiet room with private entrance and a comfortable double bed (135x190cm / 54x75”), located in the back garden of the house. Nestled on the edge of Little India and the Beaches neighbourhoods of Toronto. Close to grocery stores, bank, park, drug store and restaurants - right in front. 24/7 bus and streetcar, 15 minute subway ride to downtown Toronto.

Newly renovated private room with side entrance, located in the back garden of the house so there’s no traffic noise: Quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious. A comfortable full-sized bed, (the mattress size is 135x191cm) that is outfitted with fresh linens and pillows.
The room is located at the end of the house, opposite side from the master bedroom on the main floor, so privacy is assured.
When it comes to accepting requests, I ask that you have information in your profile page and, preferably, some references or friends so that I have some idea of what you are like. If your profile is completely blank, it is difficult to be comfortable letting you into my home.
Towels, iron and WiFi are available.
You can enter and leave from the private back door in the backyard. There is great space to read a book, or enjoy a coffee on our benches and hammock. You are welcome to enjoy this space, although we do ask to keep the outside doors closed when you are entering/exiting or aren't around.
Shared access to kitchen, bathroom, backyard patio and common space.
My bedroom and office are not accessible.
There is portable air-conditioning for the house and there is a fan (if you need it).
I am respectful of guests’ privacy, but if you'd like recommendations on restaurants, entertainment and to-do’s in Toronto, please do not hesitate to ask!
There is free parking on my street from 7 a.m. to midnight (no parking during rush hour 7-9am & 4-6pm Mon-Fri)
Overnight, a permit is required. You can get your temporary permit through the City of Toronto website -- you can book it online (you need to print it out and place it on your dashboard) for about $9 a day or $21.09 a week (which is an excellent deal)!
You can also alternatively park overnight on the North or South side streets (2 minute walk) with no parking restriction for rush hours.
Other Things to Note
Free parking is available from 7 a.m. to midnight daily on the streets around our home. From midnight to 7 a.m., it is a permit-parking zone. If you require overnight parking, you can pay to receive a parking permit from the City of Toronto’s website (approximately. $9 for 24 hours or $21 for a week)
We don't like imposing rules on others, but we do hope that you will keep noise at a reasonable level and be respectful towards all people and things inside the house.
No cooking and keep things quiet after 10 p.m.
No Smoking inside the house.
