Light floods in at the front of the house with a lovely private sitting area under the verandah where you can keep an eye on small children playing on the swingset.
Up a short flight of stairs you will find three more large bedrooms and a bathroom, all centred around another living area, ideal for children.
Adjacent to the living areas are a large master suite which opens onto the sunlit patio, has a spacious walk through wardrobe and ensuite, and a home office.
Downstairs from the main part of the house you will find our granny flat. This is a fully self-contained apartment with a main bedroom (with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe), plus an open-plan kitchen/living area.
Proceeding to the upper level you will find a large rumpus area with additional office space, three large bedrooms, two with a private balcony. The main bathroom is well-appointed with a separate toilet.
The lower level of this home provides a self-contained apartment with kitchen, large living area, private patio access and separate bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. Perfect for extended family accommodation or can be utilised as a B&B option. The separate laundry has external access to the double garage, additionally there is ample car parking space adjacent.

We have a driveway, with off-street parking for 3 cars including a garage.
PETS: The property is fully fenced if you keep the front gates closed, but one part of the fence are quite low in the back so may not keep in 'jumpers'. Small dogs may be able to squeeze through the bars of the front fence.
FIREPIT: If you use it the firepit in the backyard, please ensure it is monitored at all times and completely extinguish it when you are not watching it.
This is our family home so please feel free to use the toys and books but do take care of them.
PETS: are welcome but must stay off the furniture and any damage caused by them will by charged for. Please don't let them wander outside the property.
NOISE: In the interests of keeping our lovely neighbours happy who are our good friends, please keep the noise down after 10pm. Our neighbours do have our phone numbers to let us know if there are any problems and we reserve the right to terminate your booking.
PARKING: Please don't part in front of our neighbours' house on their nature strip.
