Located in prime location with trams at your door step and Southern Cross station just right across the street also within a short walk to restaurants, cafe and supermarkets!

Featured balcony with outdoor dinning set for you to enjoy sunrise breakfast or romantic sunset dinner with panoramic harbour view!!
Check in time is after 2pm Late check in is available - free of charge ( self check in will be used after 6pm).
Maximum occupancy 4 people ( Sofa bed can sleep extra adult or 2 kids. Can provide an additional foldable bed )

We do not provide additional linen for the sofa bed . Please make booking for 3 guest if you want to use the sofa bed.
(There is extra once off surcharge $10 if you need sofa bed to set up in 2 people booking).

Onsite parking is available at additional cost. $15/ day with $150 deposit for swipe card access.

Security deposit is pre-authrosied by airbnb for swipe card and key.
You will need swipe card to access lift / gym/ swimming pool and roof garden.

Late check in is available anytime

-Car park is limited. We can arrange car park in the building for you.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.

****Guest can use BBQ facilities on level 6(reservation is required and subject to availability.Please obey body corporate rule)


I will not be attended to check guest in/out most of time. My team member will be assist in check in/out . I will email guest his contact details once I receive confirmation of booking.

Please do not wear shoes on the carpet

Please take your personal belonging when you check out.

- Smoking, Party, Loud Music are Strictly Not Allowed.

- Please Turn on range hood and open window when cooking.
(Fire alarm is very sensitive so in the presence of building manager or fire fighters, you will be liable for the cost of it.

- Please note that a loss of Swipe Card and Key is chargeable at
AUD $150.00 in total.

- Check-in time is to be confirmed 2 days before your arrival.

- Take-off your shoes when being at home.

-Guests are required to wash dishes when check out .

-Please do not move the large furniture around . Such bed , sofa, dinner table . If you do, please move them back to the original location when you check out. Additional $50 will be charged if you move the furniture around .

****Extra additional $30/ hour penalty if guest do not check out on time.

***We are not liable for loss / damage / theft any personal belonging left in the apartment after you check out . Please make sure you take your personal belongings with you when check out.

***Hosts reserve right to enter to property with notice to guests to carry out repair / maintenance.

*** if you have car park swipe card , you need to bring all the apartment keys/ swipe card to the car park and return the key back to the apartment after you move the car out of car park ! Otherwise $30 will be charge if you not bring it back.



Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Eden+Cony were great hosts and communication was quick and efficient. Their apartment was extremely close to Southern Cross, free trams and food places

Le logement à vu passer trop de visiteurs sans entretien! Le ménage est catastrophique dans la cuisine et la chambre. J ai fait tomber un truc au sol et j ai donc eu l'occasion de regarder sous le lit!!je n aurais pas (URL HIDDEN) vaisselle était sale et on a tout laver avant première utilisation. Le lave vaisselle est cassé, le meuble qui le soutient aussi. La barre pour faire sécher les serviettes dans la salle de bains est cassée...pas cool pour faire sécher des serviettes après la douche Franchement pour un prix équivalent il y a sûrement mieux dans cette tour ou dans celles à côté. La vue est magnifique avec un bon chauffage dans l appartement.

Great location money wise, easy to get to and from places as trams and train station are directly across the road. Good enough space for a couple and maybe a small child, nice view from the balcony. The apartment could have a bit more TLC put into it. And no pantry items are provided, besides tea and coffee. Downfall also you could be waiting for the lift for upto 10 mins sometimes as it does get busy. Nice pool/sauna, and outdoor rock climbing area, didn't use the gym as it was small and overcrowded. Would have the cleaner thoroughly go through the bedroom and get my cleaning fees worth since they don't allow early check in. Cheers

We always answer your question within 2 hours during our business hours.

Important information:

* We provide car park for $15 per 24 hours ( Multi-entry) . The car park is provided by third party, you will be given an allocated car park number a day before you arrive.

* There are few car rental companies nearby. You can search car rentals in Southern cross station to save the parking fee if you only need car for few hours.

* We are airbnb not hotel. ( Means you are staying in host's house not a hotel).
Therefore, we do not provide daily cleaning service. Additional cleaning service can be provided at extra cost.

* Please take your personal belongings with you when you check out. We are not responsible for any lost or damage to your personal belongings.
