Comfortable room in, traditional Victorian house in a popular area of Liverpool. Well located for city centre, Sefton Park, Lark Lane and Penny Lane with a great selection of bars, restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep. I have a passion for art and design and have styled my home with an eclectic mix of objects and furniture I've collected over the years.
My home was recently restored to a high standard. In keeping with my passion for all things antique, restored, or up-cycled and also for quirky interior design, I have managed to retain the Victorian feel of the house, whilst giving it a few contemporary twists! The bedroom has been furnished in keeping with the house and is comfortable, cosy and clean.
For breakfast you will have use of the beautiful light and airy dining/sitting room with its original fireplace and large full length window, which overlooks the small sunny courtyard garden.
There are tea and coffee making facilities in the kitchen and I provide cereal, continental pastries, fruit, tea, coffee and juice for breakfast in the morning.
The bathroom is shared with me, however you will take priority as I will fit my time around yours.
If you have travelled by car there is on street parking, it's always easy to find a parking space outside, or very close to my house.
Bedroom, bathroom, dining room for eating breakfast, kitchen for making tea , coffee and making breakfast, which is provided in the morning. Please note I don't offer full use of my kitchen or kitchen facilities.
I will always be available to greet guests and I'm more than happy to advise on places to go and things to do and see in Liverpool, I'll always strive to accommodate my guests needs throughout their stay. I sometimes do admin work from home, so my place is probably more suited to guests who have plans for their stay in Liverpool. Whilst I am friendly and more than happy to chat to guests, when time allows, my own time (as I'm sure yours is) can be limited and I can't guarantee I'll be available at all times throughout your stay.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 'HOUSE RULES' - AND ARE HAPPY WITH THEM BEFORE BOOKING. If if you need more information or have a request that is not covered in my listing, please don't hesitate to contact me and ask, if I'm able to accommodate your request I will. Whilst I love hosting guest visits this is also my home, I ask that guests only use what is offered in my listing and respect private areas of my house.
If you are looking to stay longer than my settings allow, then please contact me directly through the Airbnb messaging system, if I can accommodate your request then I will.
In order for me to provide a great Airbnb experience for my guests and all future guests, I've set a few house rules so I can maintain standards, PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 'HOUSE RULES' - AND ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY TO FULLY COMPLY WITH THEM BEFORE BOOKING. I look forward to hosting your stay!
- Please remove shoes in the hall - it might be wise to bring slippers or thick socks for indoors.
- My no smoking policy is strict, this includes smoking outside the house, unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate smokers.
- Please keep noise down after 10 PM, this is a residential area and I respect my neighbours.
- Only people who are officially booked through Airbnb must access my house.
- Please don't take food into, or eat in the bedroom, I'm happy for drinks to be taken to the room but please use the coasters provided.
- I kindly ask that you wipe up any spills from wooden surfaces, please take note of my wooden kitchen worktop when making tea, coffee, breakfast etc. The bathroom floor also is wood, excessive water left on wood will cause damage therefore must be wiped up.
Finally, I really want you to enjoy your stay in my house, however as it is my home, all I ask is that you respect my house as you would your own. If you need something that is not listed, just ask and if I can help I will, please don't help yourself to anything or areas of my home which are not offered as part of my listing.
Any damage, or missing items will be followed up via the Resolution Centre.

I was born in Liverpool but moved to London in my early 20's, after living in London for twenty years I decided it was time to return home.
I love meeting new people, I'm passionate about art, interior design and anything creative!
I enjoy cooking for friends and eating out. I'm also into any form of excercise, love walking, gym and have just started training as a yoga teacher.
