Once again we apologize for the incovinience. However, it was not a bug insfestation like you mentioned or will like other guests to believe, yes, there were some bees inside of your room however,it was something oot of our human control. onces my husband noticed he apologize to you and fixed the problem, and before he could offer you another room. you decided to leave the house....... because i handle the AIRBNB account and also works at a hospital most of the time a 12 hours shift, i was not able to refunded you the fee that same nigh. however, i did text you about sending it to you the following day...the next day not only the i sent you your money i also spoke to an AIRBNB personel so they could refunded you what they had charged you and they did... soooo please stop saying that you had to email me a few times to get your refund, when you know thats not true.. and by the way i have all our text conversations via the app not emails......... stop the lies and the bad reviews, you know that the bees problem was out of our humans hands. it was not something we created or cause.. you dont have the right to be giving recommendations, if you didnt took the time to know us......... good luck Suzanne!!
