It is only 5 minutes away from South Beach, 5 minutes to La Gorce Golf Course, 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 10 minutes from the Bal Harbour Shops.

The apartment is equiped for 6 people. It has 2 twin beds (that can be turn into a King size bed) in the Master Bedroom, 1 day bed + tumble bed ( that can be converted in a King) and a Queen sofa bed int he Living room plus an additional foldable bed.

All guests must observe building rules.
No pets
No smoking in the apartment or any common areas.
All guests must be announced at the Front Desk.
No packages will be received by the building staff if the guest is not in the apartment at the time of arrival. Only 4 packages per unit are allowed to be hold at the mail room for 72 hrs.
Trash must be disposed appropriately for recycling. Fines are imposed to those who not dispose trash appropriately (Cans-Glass-Paper/Organic)
No parties, smoking and/or drinking in the pool Area. The Pool Area closes at 9pm
Parties/gatherings are not allowed after 10pm during week days and midnight during weekends. Music, TV and Noise must be kept at normal noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors. Guests are instructed to be properly attired in the common areas or recreation facilities (lobby, elevator, hallways, etc) including outer coverings and shoes. No wet bathing attire is permitted in the lobby, common room or elevator.
Guest must observe non - disturbing hours.
Guest that fail to follow any of the house rules will lose their deposit. Full deposit will be lost if the Administration, Front Desk or other tenants complaint over noise or improper behavior.
Children under 12 are not allowed in the pool area, elevators and lobby without adult supervision

The apartment is well located and equipped with kitchenware and towels. The beach is magnificent. The building was clean as well as the apartment. Valet parking system was also good. The distances to the places indicated are in vehicle, and underestimated. Photos that appear in the web page are confusing, since they seem to be two different rooms and it's really the same room decorated in two ways. This lends itself to confusion because one wrongly thinks that this photo is of the second room, wich is is totally different. The main room mattresses are vanquished. The bed in the second room is not possible to turn into a King bed, since it is a mattress on a basis which is wheel on the bottom of a bed, and is literally on the floor, so there are two mattreses in two diferente levels. Really very uncomfortable. The space of this room is very narrow. The air conditioning had a loud noise.

Dear Elena, Sonsrroy to hear that you got confised with the pictures. Please note that each picture in the add is captioned and explains what it is showing. The master bedroom can be turn into a 2 twin beds or a king bed upon guest's requets. that is why we show the master bedroom pic with both settings and caption what we are showing. I wish ytou have contacted is during your stay, since the bed in teh smaller bedroom not only lifts but also turns into a king bed. When the guest inform us of their request before areival, we can set the beds as decires. It is a shame you did not let us know in anticipation , because we could have easily set up the beds into 2 kings. Additionally, please note tha tthe matresses in the master bedroom where bought only 2 months ago, and have a memory foam topper, I really cannot understand what you mean by "vanquished" Would you care to let us know? Tuvimos uns buena experiencia. El departamento resultó muy cómodo y posee buen servicio de valet parking. El acceso a la playa es cómodo y practico.

This place is an ideal location if you want to use the pool and beach only. It is not walkable to fountain blue hotel. we were traveling with our 2.5 year old baby and we all (specially her) had a hard time going to sleep at night becaz of the street noise. the floor was not mopped before our arrival and my daughter took off her shoes upon arrival and in a minute, her feet were very very dirty. We asked the host and the cleaning lady showed up in couple of hours but still did not do a good job on mopping the place. we stayed for 5 nights and there were not extra toilet paper or kitchen paper. we asked for more and just got one more roll of toilet paper. However, you realize this place has 2 bathrooms. overall, if I did not have the baby with me, this place was a good selection with a fair price. The valet parking and security people were nice.

El departamento es cómodo y tiene los elementos que describe. Jessica fue muy amable con nosotros cuando le llamamos para verificar el funcionamiento del internet y al comunicarse con nosotros para saber que todo estaba bien. Sin embargo, la limpieza en el departamento da qué desear, las sábanas del cuarto principal no estaban limpias y algunas de las toallas tenían incluso arena de playa aún. El baño pequeño tenía un problema de succión en la taza ya que ésta estuvo trancada casi durante toda estadía. El acceso a la playa y a la piscina son muy buenos y pudimos disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones.

Estiamda Catalina, Lamento el incidente con las toallas, Tal como nos conto Jessica, las sabanas estaban limpias con olor a suavizante como uds lo confirmaronen su presencia. El inconveniente aqui es la falta de planchado a los que los sudamericamos estamos acostumbrados y que lamentablemente en USA, sólo se da en hoteles de categoria. Esperamos poder contar con el servicio de Tintoreria y Planchado de Sabanas muy pronto para su confort. Respecto dle baño, no detectamos ese inconveninte con ninguno de los otros huespedes anteriores y actuales, sin embargo, gracias a su comentario lo haremos chequear por el personal de mantenimiento del Condominio. The apartment description was accurate. Marina, the host, was really warm and she was in every detail. We spent a week in her apartment and it was an impressive experience, we'll definitely repeat it!
