Peacocks Cottage is a beautiful detached period cottage with stunning rural views, on the fringes of Northchapel, surrounded by prime West Sussex countryside. Northchapel is a quintessential village located in the South Downs National Park.
Peacocks Cottage, is a beautiful detached period cottage, with timeless character and appearance, in this picturesque part of West Sussex. The original part of the cottage was built in the summer of 1807 and was tenanted by a local game keeper. The house comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and separate WC, a utility room, living and dining room, kitchen, sun room, double garage and a large garden with a patio and driveway. One of the most special elements of this stunning rural location is the wonderful array of footpaths and bridleways that the immediate countryside has to offer aswell as excellent local pubs and restaurants. The cottage also has a sofa bed in the sitting room which can sleep another 2 -there is a 'extra person fee' for this.
You will have access to the whole house - this includes a double garage with table tennis table, a patio, a sun room, secure parking for three cars and a large garden with an array of fruit trees and flowers. The house, garden and driveway are gated and secure. Wi-Fi throughout house.
