Beautifully really. No smoking. Dogs are allowed, but under no circumstance must they be allowed to bark or go upstairs.
There is a £300 damage deposit required before arrival. This goes back to you within 48 hours after the cleaners have conducted their inventory. In three years of letting the house I have only once had to retain any funds. Please contact me (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to arrange this. Thank you.
