3.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Noise: Please keep noise to a respectable level. All music and outdoor entertaining shall cease at 10:00 p.m. daily. Should we be contacted regarding a disturbance, the following actions will be taken:
•1st call: a verbal warning will be given
•2nd call: $300.00 noise violation fee will be assessed
•3rd call: You will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will forfeit the remainder of your stay
5.Furnishings: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not attempt to clean the appliances with anything other than soap and water, as certain cleaners will harm the finish.
6.Parking: Underground, reserved parking is available for ONE vehicle (key access is required -key is located in the kitchen drawer in the unit). All additional vehicles may utilize the designated, guest stalls located in the adjacent to the property. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(Website hidden by Airbnb) All trash must be removed from the unit and placed in the trash bins (located in the underground parking area – use key in unit for access) at check out. Also, all dishes must be loaded into the dishwasher and the cycle started at check out.
8.Housekeeping: There is NO daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Removal of linens or towels (other than the designated beach towels) from the unit is NOT permitted.
9.Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at ANYTIME. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clogs the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The pool (open seasonally) and jacuzzi from 9am to 10pm. Please use the designated pool/beach towels located in the linen closet of the unit and adhere to all rules posted on the entrance gate.
11. Heater: For your comfort, the unit comes equipped with forced air heating. Please set the thermostat (the fireplace) to your comfort level during your stay and make sure it is set to the OFF position at check out. Additional heaters are located in all the rooms and bathrooms for your comfort. To conserve energy, please turn off the wall heaters when not in use.
12. BBQ: A propane fueled BBQ has been provided for your use. Be sure to remove the cover and open the propane tank (turn clockwise) prior to starting the BBQ. When done grilling, please be sure to turn off the BBQ and close the propane tank (turn counterclockwise until tight) and let it cool prior to placing cover back on.
