This is a nonsmoking property including the terrace. If the apartment smells of smoke at check out, you will forfeit your security deposit.
•100% non-smoking property inside & out. If the apartment smells like smoke when you return it, you must pay a 100 euro cleaning charge.
•Take the trash with you in your car each day when you leave the apartment and deposit in bins outside the property gate. Leaving trash outside the door or anywhere else on the grounds is subject to a fine by the condominium association.
•Report all maintenance issues (anything broken, missing, leaking etc).
•Towels provided are for use in the apartment - please bring your own beach towels.
•Be considerate of neighbors, many of whom live in Las Palmeras, with respect to noise. Please do not walk in hard heels on the marble floors as this can be heard throughout the building.
•Only those listed on the reservation may stay in the apartment.
•When you use the pools, please return lounge chairs to the stack and do not leave trash. Other pool rules are posted at the pools.
•Be sure that the umbrella is tied to the stand with the white rope - otherwise it will blow away in the strong gusts
•Please do not sit on the furniture in suntan oil
I am an American living in Switzerland for 12 years, and before that, spent 20 years in Los Angeles. I bought my apartment in Spain to get a break from the Swiss winters and I love the beautiful beaches and lively atmosphere on the Costa del Sol.
