Stair access to the bedrooms on the second floor, which separates the living areas from the entertainment center. Master Bedroom with one queen size bed and plenty of closet space while the other bedroom with the stairs to the rooftop!

Enjoying a sunny breakfast to start off your day or sipping on your favorite wine or IPA after work while relaxing in the California breeze, rooftop is the best place to be at!

• Be very mindful of the check-in time (after 4 PM) check-out time (before 11 AM). It is important for us to adhere to these times in order to prepare the room for you and the next guest. Please contact me to make arrangement for earlier check in or later check out.

• Please remove your shoes after entering the unit.

• Please abstain from loud music, stomping and smoking. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the space and neighbors.

• It is a non-smoking community. No smoking anywhere on the property, including the outside patio area and the common area in the community.

• Excessive uncleanliness (e.g., dirty dishes lying around, many used tissues not in waste basket) or excessive use of materials (e.g., using several rolls of toilet paper for 2 days stay) will incur extra cleaning fee.

• If you must invite an associate/friend overnight, please consult with me.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please no loud music or calls that might disturb others during this time. No late night gathering / party over 6 people after quiet hours.

• Lost Key will be extra $150 each on the room cost, because I will need to replace the lock and the keys.

• The Owner (the Host) is not responsible for damages or loss of any items left in the property during or following the stay.

• The Host is not responsible for items that the Guest brings in and does not make arrangements for removal after the stay

• The Host reserves the right to terminate the Guest's reservation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. The Host's total liability to the Guest is limited to the remaining dollar value paid by the Guest for the unused portions of the reservation (minus any fees that the Host incurred from the reservation or payment processing services). The Host does not have any obligation to assist the guest in looking for replacement lodging.

Zoe was so fast at responding and provided a lot of details to make check in and check out a breeze. The town home was spacious, very clean and well decorated.

Great value for this Airbnb with the amount of space in the unit, amenities of the building/complex, and location across the street from restaurants! I stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip (client in the area) and had great communication before, during, and after my stay with the host.

Zoe did a very good job dealing with a very difficult situation. Unfortunately my business associate and I were negatively impacted and the entire stay became problematic. Eventually, my associate departed a day early. The issue was a prior guest left with the apartment keys leaving us unable to enter the locked garage and there was zero on-street parking available. Also, every time we exited the main building, we had to re-buzz Zoe from the key pad and depending upon the time of day, there could be a long wait. As my associate was on an eastern timezone schedule, he left early am and then was unable to re-enter the building. Also, we were unable to access the fitness room and other amenities for the same reason. Lastly, even after we received a replacement key 24 hours after we checked in, there was only one key meaning we could not come and go separately. Zoe did provide a $100 refund but given the total expenditure and severity of impact to our business trip and meetings, this was a kind gesture but did not make up for lost time, my annoyed associate and steady back and forth communication in our attempts to simply come and go from the unit. I feel bad for Zoe's prior guest taking the key but a few options came to mind. A housecleaner was in the unit prior to our arrival and could have ensured the key's were in place. A replacement key could have been provided within a few hours of our check in and our stay would not have been quite as negative. Also, the on-site leasing agents could have provided additional keys.

Thank you Jay for your feedback. I am terribly sorry for this disaster of not having a key fob to conveniently come in and out and your business was negatively impacted. Initially I had no idea the key was taken by the previous guests - I actually didn't think key being taken away could possibly happen because all of my guests complied with my house rule and put the keys where they should be. After getting in contact with previous guest Laleh Ghodsmofidi, I was promised to have the key back shortly after her work ending midnight. But this guest stopped replying my calls and messages and was no where to be reached after that. Eventually I had to get a new key fob from management office the second day. Unfortunately I already left a positive review for Laleh Ghodsmofidi by the time I realized all these, but now I see other hosts found she took their keys as well. Hosts be aware! Anyways, I will make sure that the keys are in place for the future reference and have housekeeper double check that. Thank you again for your feedback, it's crucial for us to improve the experience.
