Premises
The guest has the right to occupy GG02/81-86 Courallie Ave, Homebush West, 2140. Check-in time is 11am and check-out time is 2pm unless one party arrives on the same day as another departs, in which case the checkout and check-in times on that day are 11am and 2pm, respectively.
The number of people allowed to stay overnight at the home i(URL HIDDEN)adults an(URL HIDDEN) children (under 15 years). Contravention of this rule may result in termination or extra charges. The by-laws of the strata scheme, which deal with matters such as noise, state and use of common property will be enforced. Unauthorised gatherings are prohibited.
Smoking Smoking is not permitted in the property.
Guest Responsible for Security and State
The guest is responsible for ensuring the security and state of the property and its contents during the stay. This includes locking the property during outings and on departure. The guest will also be liable for, and must promptly notify the agent of, damage in the property other than from fair wear and tear.
Cleaning
The property will be clean on arrival and will be cleaned on departure. Excessive dirt and stains must be cleaned up promptly by the guest.
Charges for Excessive Use of Electricity
An allowance of 12kWh/day is made for electricity, which has been sufficient for most guests (at $0.274/kWh this produces a quarterly bill of approximately $300). The power meter will be read before and after the guests’ stay. The agent reserves the right to charge for usage exceeding the allowance at $0.30/kWh.
Rubbish Bins are located in the basement, near the lift.
Fresh linen will be provided at the start of the stay.
Pets No pets are allowed unless payment and prior arrangements have been made. A suitable sleeping container must be provided by the guest for any pets.

Access arrangements will be emailed on receipt of booking confirmation.

Information
Parking: The carspace is numbered 507, on the right 50m after entering the carpark under building G.
Food: Tea, coffee, beverages, some breakfast food (enough for two people for three days), some dry food, tinned food and condiments are provided free of charge.
Internet: Fast internet is provided via a WiFi (wireless) router. The wireless network SSID is “Hempel Property Services”. The security password is “aa00aa00”. The service stops in the event that the 60GB/month quota is reached.
Laundry and Bathroom: Detergents, softeners and stain removers are provided in the laundry.

We booked the room to stay over the night for a football game. We arrived to find no keys in the letterbox. Host or cleaner unable to help us find the keys, as they are too far. Eugene asked me to jump onto the balcony from the street to see if I could open the sliding door (cleaner leaves it unlocked). Before that happened the security guard asked us what was happening which was not a welcoming experience, he also was not happy, as he explained this was not an isolated incident. With the guards consent I jumped over a 3m wall to the balcony and it was locked, someone else was inside. After jumping back over I was then asked to find out who it was, as I had no accommodation I felt obliged to do so. Luckily the security guard was on hand and he used his master key to get into the building and knock on the door. He obtained the name and said he had the place booked for a week. The host blamed the current occupants, I mentioned should get fa refund. Luckily he had a place that could accommodate us. After further walking and instructions we found the keys and swipe card, but the swipe card did not work for the car park, and for it to function I would have to go to the exit and swipe out first. Too much effort, as I was there to enjoy myself and the Arsenal vs Sydney football match we traveled to see was about to start. Again luckily we were able to contact the security guard and he allowed us to use a visitor park. 5 stars for the Security guard. I don't recommend this place if you are staying over the night, maybe for a week as you would be able to sort out any kinks on the first day.

As first time Airbnb users we were super happy with our stay. Easy to access Homebush which was our main reason for the trip.

The apartment was a great size for our group. Tidy, clean, spacious & Eugene was very easy to communicate with.

Eugene was quite helpful as a host and kitchen was indeed loaded with essentials and also that little bit extra. Apartment was large enough for our family of five.

Despite a few minor niggles, the apartment and facilities were great. Well equipped and plenty of space. Two nice bathrooms, three good-sized bedrooms, full laundry facilities, well-equipped kitchen, (fast) free Wifi and secure underground parking. Location perhaps not the easiest to find, but once there, pretty simple to get to places. Close to the A3 and Parramatta Road. Olympic Park is just around the corner. Close to a good shopping centre in Lidcombe. Happy to say, despite other reviews, not a single cockroach to be seen!
