The 'Space' is a Living room, with a futon bed and no one will use the room except the guest from my Airbnb Family. The room is closed off by beautifully draped wall length fabric, which supplies a warm feeling. This is a very nice space. And if you naturally keep your space 'Neat & Clean' then you've found your ideal Southern California 'Home away from Home!'
I take pride in doing what I can to create that Home away from Home 'kind-a-feelin!'
Everyone can use more money and most certainly I can too, but doing Airbnb is not how I sustain myself. I started doing Airbnb because, with 'first-hand' experience, I know how hard it is, in Los Angeles California, to locate a decent living space with a decent person living in it. LA is a very expensive, busy place to live and to visit and it really helps to find someone who'll take the Time to care.
Underground guest parking...wireless internet in common areas only. Access to cooking or to the various awesome restaurants in the neighborhood. And again, I will be right here to be of any assistance that I can.
If you have your plans all mapped out then, Your Privacy will be all yours. If you need me I'll be the ultimate supportive host. You'll be living with Deborah who works 10 hours a day and there are many evenings that she goes straight to rehearsal.
There's a machine that dispenses laundry cards
Wi-Fi is only accessible in the common areas
Email and Password will be given to you verbally
It is a must that my space stays clean and all that takes is to be a considerate person.
I don't believe in leaving dishes in the sink.
No smoking, no pets, no high intensity partying.
- Please clean up after yourself. Clean tub after you shower and make sure there is no hair left behind.
- Please take your shoes off when you come in and sit them by the door.
- Be mindful of noise after I've gone to bed.
-If you're going to be cooking often and will be using those costly little ingredients, such as almond, avocado, coconut, grapeseed, and olive oil, throw a donation into the 'cooking pot,' because I use some of the 'finest' and I believe in keeping them stocked.
Since I am a Female I leave the toilet seat in the position where one can sit down on it....
But allow me to share this will all Males:
Over the last two years, two male family members and two male friends all had to have the Prostate Cancer operation. And All FOUR were told AFTER the operation to "SIT" when using the bathroom. Now, WHY are men being told such logical information after developing prostate cancer from straining while standing through the years :()
If you decided that this space works for you, do be prepared to help keep the place clean, because the Cleaning Fee covers the products that it takes to clean. For example, the tub should be cleaned after you shower and by all means, after using the toilet spray inside of it, and wipe it down. Make it a point to look over an area in case your hair has shed. And yes, I do know that I made these points, but after what I've (URL HIDDEN) important that I stress these things.
