All outdoor amenities are available with across the street access to the lake. Two marinas within three blocks of its location with boat rentals or group lake shore cruises. It's a short walking distance to the downtown, restaurants, public beaches & pier, & only a few blocks from the grocery store.
Complete turnkey unit. Condo has a washer, dryer, cable, & Wi-Fi. Kitchen with all appliances, dishes, & cookware. Bed & bath linens, towels, provided. Off street parking on property. This unit does not have a lake view, but there is across the street access to the lake from the building.
I will meet you at the unit with the keys. I grew up in western Montana so can help with any suggested things to do.
Please note that prices include a 7% Montana State lodging tax. The location is within walking distance to downtown and large conference center.
No smoking, no pets. There are other condos in the building so please respect the privacy of the other guests & keep noise levels down. Please leave condo in good shape. I expect tow hours cleaning per condo. If it takes more time it will be charged against your security deposit.

I am a serial entrepreneur that likes to start new businesses. Born in Montana, I graduated from Arizona State University in accounting, and received an MBA from the University of Montana.
