The apartment offers a breathtaking view of surrounding hills, on even the peak of Slovenia's highest mountain - Triglav (2864m)!
It includes various musical instruments, from electric drums & percussion, to guitars and a synthesizer - so, lots of musical fun to be had!
It's about 10min walking distance from the town center. Close, yet far enough for some good rest and relaxation.
For hikers/joggers, it's also located right next to one of two beautiful and lush forest "islands" in town!
The space is perfect for musical and not-very-musical adventurers and boasts quite a few instruments you might feel like jamming with:
- electronic drumset
- electric guitar + small tube amp
- acoustic guitar
- various shakers, percussion and smaller stuff for enthusiasts to play with (rain maker, mouth harp, castanetes, ...)
Besides the instruments, the feature of the apartment most liked by my previous guests (for musicians and non-musicians alike) is the balcony with an amazing view of the hills surrounding Ljubljana. Especially the summer sunsets and cool & clear winter mornings.
So if you're also a bit of a romantic at heart and just want to lay back a bit, this is your go-to place!
The apartment is available in full, no surprise roommates. :)
I first like to set up a short welcome and meet & greet so we get to know each other a bit. After that you have all the privacy you want and need.
I am of course available for any questions or assistance during your stay.
You get occasional balcony visits from pigeons, but they don't stay unless you encourage them to (bread works just fine). ;)
Nothing otherworldly, except for quieter instrument playing on the balcony and a bit lower overall sound volume after 10PM. You know, other occupants in the building, a.k.a. our freedoms end where another's begin.
About clean-up: No need to go all OCD, a reasonable tidying afterwards will go the distance. However, you get extra points and appreciation for leaving it as you've found it. :)
I am an active musician (hence my interest in meeting other musicians) and a practising psychologist. I really enjoy fruitful discussions and have a lot of interests in anything sciency, from the "hard" stuff (eg. physics, design) to the "soft" (eg. psychology, philosophy), from the largest to the smallest. I really love music (did I mention that already?), drums, various books and/or the Internet and Douglas Adams. I also love weird stuff so I also have a Klein bottle. :)
I like meeting new people, make them feel at home with me and with themselves and since I'm new at Airbnb hosting, I'm looking forward to meeting my first guests.
