I am an Air Force veteran and live in Summerville, a farmhouse originally built in 1750. When we bought Summerville in 2006, it was owned by CableVision and it included a studio building in back that was used for the nightly news broadcasts. That Studio was converted into a two-bedroom guesthouse and recently renovated - that is the rental property.
