When Ruhdzhan came to visit it was 35 degrees in Sofia. There is really nothing I can do about the heat. The whole city is unbearably hot in the afternoon, but he chose to come during the hottest month of the year, whilst there was a heat wave. I have a fan, and blinds to reduce the heat. In the description of my apartment it does not say that there is air conditioning, perhaps next time he should find a place with aircon?
In the description I also said that I had a dog, but had cleaned. None of the other guests mentioned a problem with any dog smell or hairs, and my dog has not been there for over a month. Ruhdzhan is clearly very sensitive to a doggy presence - again I suggest next time he uses airbnb to *read the apartment description* so that he gets a place without a dog.
I wouldn't live in my apartment if it smelt like sewage - I can only imagine there has been some problem with the block (which I have no knowledge or control over), or that there is a problem with one of the neighbours (there is communal ventilation, but this has never been a problem before).
At the beginning, end and throughout his stay, I reached out to Ruhdzhan to offer support should he have questions or concerns regarding his stay in the flat. Unfortunately he chose to ignore this, and just left bad feedback instead. This is a shame, because I would have tried very hard to resolve his issues had he just let me know about them in an email.
For context - Ruhdzhan also booked my apartment for one guest (himself) but turned up with a guest of his own, despite never communicating with me that he wanted to actually book the place for two people instead of one.
