I'm very sorry, but I made a huge mistake, because the apartment was booked by other guests and I didn't see the message sent by real estate agency. I'cannot apologize enough and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience I made to you. Please accept my apologies for the mistake that appeared in my Calendar. I didn't realize what happened until I received a telephone call by the real estate agency. I know this is a disappointment for you, but it is impossible for me to book the apartement if it is occupied at that period. I feel I must apologize to you personally. The misunderstanding came when I accepted your booking without knowing that the agency also book it for other guests for the same period. I hope you can understand how disappointed I am to cancel your reservation. As soon as I realized I had made a mistake, I canceled it so that you have enough time to find a new place to stay. Thank you for your understanding and I promise to be more considerate in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes you and please understand that this is not my normal mode of behavior. I hope you will accept my sincere apologies. I deeply regret my carelessness and the trouble this has caused you. You can be sure that I will be more careful in the future.
