Apartment with 1 large bedroom with Queen bed, work desk and en-suite full-bath on upper floor. 2 single beds in living area offered for 3-4 persons as in accompanying children/friends, if applicable. All Guests in the party, share the one full bath on upper flr. Living Dining Kitchen are on lower flr. Guests are welcome to use Microwave & Fridge.
NC State Univ is next door, downtown within 3-miles. Please feel free to contact/request special offers / extended stays.

- Clean functional furnishings. We try to keep it simple and efficient to make your stay comfortable yet hassle free from having to bother about and take care of too many non-essential frills and trappings. You don't want to take care of other people's stuff on your holiday.

- Living area with 26" flat-screen LED TV. 2 twin(single) beds are offered, for reservation of at least 3-4 persons. For reservations of 2 or less persons these beds are not made.

Within 0.1 mile of McDonalds, Wendy's, BoJangles, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, Fine Dining, Food Lion Grocery, Bus Stop. Within Walking distance of Cinema Hall and many attractions. Across from NC State University McKimmon Center.
Keyed Entrance. Bedroom with private keyed door. The Apartment has 2 bedrooms, guest has access to only their designated room.
Guests can access common areas. However, there are couple small storage closets in the bedrooms and main floor which are locked for stocks and owner stuff.
Full Kitchen / Stove Cook-top available on request only to guests staying 8+ days upon 'responsible care and use' commitment PLEASE. Guests may use microwave and fridge though.
We live in the area and are typically around to help with anything you may need and provide area recommendations if wanted. If there are any adjustments needed at the property we can respond quickly! Otherwise, we like to leave you alone to relax and enjoy your stay in quiet and privacy. I generally share my contact details freely with confirmed guests and they are also on a printed sheet stuck on the fridge. Please feel FREE to contact me anytime of the day / night during your stay.
You are renting One of 2 Bedrooms in the Apartment. So the other will remain locked. You / your party will have privacy during your reservation stay. Owner may drop by after prior intimation to retrieve something or inspect.
Generally quiet neighborhood, Direct access from I-40 via Western Blvd or Gorman Street. We are located next to the intersection of both these major roads.
Considerations for those with physical limitations: The apartment is accessed by a flight of 5 step stairs from the parking lot. The bedrooms & full bathrooms are on the upper floor of the town-home and these are accessed by stairs.
We expect Kitchen to be used only for stays over 8 days. Eating out and coin laundry options exist in short walking distance starting with virtually couple yards. However, guests are welcome to use Microwave & Fridge and common Living / Dining space responsibly.
Please conserve water, prefer non-smokers and quiet people. Owners (couple 50+) will help if required but will not intrude and expect same.
Check-in is at 3 pm (we will try to accommodate earlier check-ins if possible)
Checkout is 11 am (we will try to accommodate later check-outs if there is not a check-in same or next day)

•Please recycle, the white trash can in downstairs coat closet is for recycling. There is a trash can and recycling container next to the garage outside when interior cans get full.
•Please do not put any indoor furniture outside on the deck or in the Courtyard.
•Please treat our property with respect and love. Everything inside is for your use but please treat it kindly.
•Please be mindful of neighbors, especially in late hours on the deck etc. Keep music and noise to appropriate levels please.
