Splendidly situated on the continental divide in the spectacular Wind River Valley, this luxury all brick home with downstairs apartment is tucked beneath a 300 foot bluff on the south and the Wind River on the north converging at the west end, this 8 acre private retreat is completely secure. Paradise found!
The downstairs unit is built-in to our 5,000 sqft luxury mountain haven estate that you access through the attached garage and is on the end of a dead-end road w/ 8 Acres and 410' of Wind River Frontage.
If you belong to a hunting party, you may also have access to my detached 40 X 32 foot metal garage/shop with 3 overhead doors providing plenty of space for ATVs, trucks, hunting gear, snow machines, boats and/or additional vehicles as well a large meat hook to hang your game. Please message me for availability.
Guests have separate access to the downstairs apartment through the attached garage that has a private luxury bathroom. Unit has a kitchenette, full-size refrigerator, and a convection microwave convection oven.
I can offer limited help during your stay if I am not working. Let me know what your needs are.
There will be an added fee for pets (fee depending on pet type). No cats.
Since the property is tucked in a valley next to the Wind River Mountains, please be watchful for wildlife. This includes deer, elk, or moose that may be dangerous if you get too close.
Please respect the property as if it were your own. Please keep your areas clean and pick-up after yourself. No smoking indoors. No parties or loud music. If you fill up your trash can with garbage, or you have other garbage you need to throw away, please dump it in the neighborhood steel dumpster located on the left just as you turn into Rhoades Street before the steel bridge (or on your right if your exiting Rhodes street just past the bridge).
