Within the accommodation there are; 2 double (1 small, 1 standard) and 1 king size bedrooms boasting 1000TC Egyptian Cotton bedding in all rooms.
1 main bathroom with an electric shower over the bath plus a separate walk-in shower room with environmentally friendly toilet. Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel is provided within both showers for guests use. To add to the luxury we will provide you with a minimum of 550g Egyptian Cotton Towels throughout your stay.
Also included on request a free to use Sat Nav for anyone with cars. This is pre-programme with a number of local, short drive and national points of interest, with the apartment address as the "home" location.
There is a small row of steps up to the ground floor level where access is gained through a secure communal entrance with an entry phone system. Other than the steps on the way in, the apartment is on the elevated ground floor level with a convenient guest entrance just outside the apartment foyer.
With your host living no more than 5 minutes away makes it easier to help with guest requirements. As a local himself for almost 30 years he can advise guests as to where to go, what to do and how best to do it within reason :)
Other than public holidays which will see in the main some shops closed, only Christmas and New Years Day see a much quieter and restricted opening of the bars and restaurants. However given that there are over 50 bars and restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment there is still plenty of choice on offer.
