An immaculate 3 bed, 2 living room, kitchen, 1 bath & separate loo, quaint, artistically decorated, semi-detached granite house, with garden, located in quiet leafy upmarket Ferryhill suburb. 10 mins walk from main train & bus stations & city center.
The space is welcoming, light, bright, quiet, peaceful and yet right in the heart of the city with ample road side parking.
I live 10 mins away, also in the area called "Ferryhill" and will be able to welcome you, hand over keys for the duration of your stay and give you information about the house, the area and popular places you may wish to visit like the Maritime Museum, the Beach and nearby seaside villages and places of interest.
I have lived in Aberdeen for 14 years but have lived all over the world including Zimbabwe, South Africa, London, Brunei and India and have traveled widely including USA, Canada, Western Europe, the Middle and Far East, Australia and Africa. I know Aberdeen and surrounding area quite well.
Please not I live nearby, not at the property. Do not arrive without confirmation text from me (rather than AirBandB) as sometimes I am away. My land line number is on the door should you arrive. The kitchen is fully equipped. Sheets, towels and tea and coffee provided.
No entry after 9pm at night. The house is in a residential area please no loud music and especially after after 9pm. No smoking indoors please. Smokers can smoke outside - there is small patio area with chairs to sit on with a lovely view of trees and birds to watch whilst you perhaps have a glass of wine. House trained pets welcome but dog poo must be picked up and bagged and disposed of cleanly.
