You’ll find a king bed in the master bedroom, and two twin beds in upstairs loft bedroom, which has its own bathroom with shower. A queen size aero bed is included as well. Fully air-conditioned. Pricing includes Hawaii vacation sales tax.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 50% Deposit is due immediately. Balance / Final Payment is due 30 days prior to stay.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Security Deposit is for security purposes, is due upon booking your stay, and shall be refunded within ten days of the Check-out Date provided that Guest adheres to Rental Rules, and that no deductions are made due to:
• Damage to the property or furnishings
• Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning
• Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay
Guest agrees to abide by the following Rental Rules at all times while at the property, and shall cause all members of the Rental Party as well as anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
RENTAL CONDITIONS: The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at Check-in. Normal wear and tear accepted. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner or Maintenance Company immediately. Guest may cook only in the area specifically designated for that purpose. Guest must notify Homeowner or its Agents immediately in case of fire or other damage done to the property. Homeowner or its agents may enter the unit at reasonable times to make repairs.
People other than those in the Rental Party listed below may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of “Guest”. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the “Guest”. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
INSURANCE: We encourage all entries to purchase travelers insurance.
PROPERTY & FURNISHINGS: Our Property and its entire contents have been catalogued. A complete photo-inventory of the property and each and every item in it will be taken after every Guest’s stay. If the property and/or any item are found damaged or missing, Guest is financially responsible for its value. If the value exceeds the $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT, then Guest will be responsible for the monetary difference.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
AIR CONDITIONER: Power is about twice as much in HI as in the mainland. Therefore we ask that you do not run AC when not in the condo unit; you'll find that the A/C cools down the property almost immediately. We allow for a $5 maximum consumption of 15 kW-h per day. Anything charges over that amount will be the tenant's responsibility, and taken out of the Security Deposit. If you don't leave the AC running while not in the condo you will never go over allotted electric for AC.
LAUNDRY: During your stay, you may use our washer and dryer as much as you need to. Upon your departure, our housekeeper will do the necessary laundering of condo linens in preparation for the next guests - up to 4 loads. Our $125 cleaning fee pays for this preparatory laundry service. If housekeeping finds it necessary to do more than 4 loads after you leave, we will deduct $15 per excess load from your returned Security Deposit.
EXCESSIVE SAND / CLEANUP: There will be an additional charge for excessive sand and cleanup of excess trash removal. There are outdoor showers at the beach, and a hose downstairs. We ask that you shake out your beach towels before entering the condo, as sand can clog the system. Outdoor trash cans are conveniently located along the driveway.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed.
• Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• PARKING PASSES – Parking Passes are located inside the unit.
• # VEHICLES – Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
MISPLACED PARKING PASS / ENTRY KEY
• PARKING PASS – If Parking Pass is misplaced, there will be a $100 Replacement Fee.
• ENTRY KEY – There will be a $25 Replacement Fee for misplaced Entry Key.
