This beautiful old stone house has been fully renovated to provide a charming chalet in the hamlet of Echarlod, in La Salle, facing Mont Blanc. With thick stone walls, old wooden beams and a spacious living room with a large fireplace.
The house is c. 125 square metres.
It has a spacious living room with a large fireplace; 3 bedrooms - one with a large double bed and en-suite shower room; one with a bunk beds; and one with three single beds.
The living room includes a large dining table which comfortably sits 10.
The kitchen is large and modern, with a breakfast table. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Immediately outside the house is an old running spring water fountain in on old stone trough. The spring water is very good to drink.
The chalet comes with two spacious, underground car parks.
The larger medieval village of La Salle is just walking distance away and has a 5-star hotel and spa and a number of local restaurants.
The whole chalet is available.
We can assist with arranging local ski instructors, and bespoke ski activities (including assistance with boots/skis, heli-ski) and non-ski activities (including snowshoeing trails, shopping tour and wine tasting). We can also provide restaurant recommendations.
You can ski either in Courmayeur (14km) or La Thuile (18km). Chamonix (through the Mont Blanc tunnel) is only 45 minutes away.
There is no TV or internet / wifi. (This, of course, may be a good thing!).
