Bright 2 bedroom town-home in a very walkable neighbourhood. Walk to Trout lake in 10 mins or stroll over to trendy Commercial Drive, Main Street or the Olympic Village waterfront in less then 30. Transit options within 2 blocks. Plenty of street parking. Lively street with a great coffee shop at the end of block and several parks near by.
Our home is clean, quiet, bright, comfortable, and safe.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including patios, and courtyard. There is plenty of parking available on the street.
We have in-suite laundry, wifi and cable. Our stove is gas, but please note the oven has only one temperature setting (350 celsius). Most importantly, we have a cat (Milo). He is very independent and comes in and out as he pleases through a cat door. We can only accept reservations from guests who are cat friendly and willing to fill Milos food and water dish daily.
The unit and all common areas are non-smoking, and strictly enforced by the strata. Because the complex is family oriented, there is sensitivity to excessive noise after about 10pm on the patios.
Our living room sofa is vintage and in very good condition, so we ask that you please do not eat or drink on the sofa and that you please remove your shoes if reclining on the sofa.
We ask that you please remove all garbage, recycling and food waste on your last day, and treat our home and furniture with care.
