Quiet wooded community on Bayou Lacombe. Offering everything you need for a relaxing weekend or home base while exploring the swamp, New Orleans, or anything in between. Close to fishing, boating, hiking, and only 48 miles to French Quarter.
Bright, relaxing, studio style guest house with queen bed and pull out twin. Secluded feel makes this a great place to get away and relax! Space has a kitchenette with full size fridge, one burner induction cook top, microwave, toaster, pots pans and dishes. There are some basic cooking supplies and if you need anything else we can pick it up for you at no extra charge (just pay for your food.)
You will be provided a private door code that is reset between every guest. The guest house has access to our large wooded yard that is backed by Bayou Lacombe. There is also ample covered outdoor space under the main house with a grill, seating and outdoor games. There's a fire pit and camp chairs if you want to roast some marshmallows and occasionally a hammock in the trees. There is also a hot tub for relaxing.
We live just next door and come and go, we'd love to say "Hi," if we are around. We keep our phones handy should you need anything if we're out.

-Smoking is acceptable outside only, please use ash trays.
-We try to maintain quiet(er) hours between 11pm and 8am
- Please be respectful of my neighbors. Guests who repeatedly disturb other guests or neighbors will be asked to leave and will not be provided a refund. Gatherings that include four or more non-residential guests require my prior approval.
-No pets allowed.

Young family full of enthusiasm! We love spending time out side and LOVE adventures. Right now those adventures are generally close to home, but we look forward to them taking us all over the world one day!
