I am sorry Abraham did not enjoy his stay. His complaints were dealt with as soon as he told us. The email that took 7 hours to reply to was due to it being the weekend. We do have staff in the apartment 24 hours to deal with any issues, like no toilet paper or drinking water ( very minor complaints). The internet was not working and we had a technician fix it the next day. As for the AC to cold and the water too hot, when tested they both worked fine. There was no reply to his request to leave as Airbnb contacted me to say that the booking was cancelled. Most of our guests are very happy here and come back every year telling us that they fell like it a "Home from Home".
