It is our goal to provide our guests with the experience that they are looking forward to. Excluding Saturdays and Jewish Holidays we are always available by phone or email for guest who have questions or need advice regarding their trip.
Many guests prefer to be left alone. We make sure to respect all guests' privacy. We will not come knocking on your door unless something is very urgent. Any maintenance that is needed will be pre-arranged 24 hours ahead of time.
We try to greet all guests personally. Sometimes this is not possible. In these cases other arrangements are made.
Guests should consider that we do not live on site.
