Minimum rental period 30 days. I love my home but are willing to rent Sun 6pm-Fri 6pm. Great location, well appointed, gated community, walk to grocery, quick drive to downtown, West End, and Williamson County spots. We did it once for a family who needed a place to stay for 6 weeks while their home was renovated, and it worked out pretty well (though I was living out of town then).

Reign of all levels plus use of common areas is open to you when it's not my Nashville weekend with my kids.
