Indulge yourself with the little extra luxuries, from the inbuilt espresso machine to the ultimate spa bath overlooking the water. Cook up a storm in the chefs kitchen and enjoy your meal indoors at the beautiful dining table, surrounded by the view, or alfresco.,on one of the huge decks.
Read a book from the library, watch a movie from the media player, play a board game with the kids or just relax with a glass of your favourite Tassie wine or beer in front of a roaring log fire or out on the deck, depending on the season.
A number of beaches are within a few minutes drive, including the great surf at Clifton Beach and the sheltered and safe swimming at Opossum Bay. The fabulous Tangara trail, accessed from the bottom of the block, provides kilometres of walking track along the waterfront. For the energetic there are a range of activities nearby including fishing, horse riding, bushwalking, swimming, snorkelling, surfing and wine tasting. Then again you may just want to spend all your time in the house, eating, drinking, relaxing, and simply spending time with your family and friends!
Baragoola Retreat is a fully self-contained house with its own access.
There are 2 bedrooms and the property can sleep 4 people.
King bedroom with 1 king bed, walk in wardrobe.
King bedroom with 1 king bed (can be split into 2 king singles), own toilet and vanity
The main bathroom has a large spa bath overlooking the view, a large walk in shower and toilet.
The powder room (off bedroom 2) had a toilet and vanity.
Fully equipped and with all mod cons this kitchen is a dream to cook in. Free standing stove with 5 burner gas cooktop and 90cm electric oven. Dishwasher, microwave, inbuilt espresso machine, large double door fridge/freezer and 2 wine fridges to keep your reds and whites at the perfect temperature.
Washer and separate dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house is fully self-contained and all yours for the duration of your visit. We generally do not disturb you during your stay, allowing you complete privacy. However we do live on site (in a separate house) and are just a phone call away if you require anything.
Our check-in time is 2pm and our check-out time 10am.
There is parking for 1 car available at the house.
Please respect our neighbours, keep noise down between 10pm and 8am.

Guests agree to adhere to the above check-in and check-out times unless a variation has been agreed, in writing by us, at least 7 days prior arrival.
Please understand that our cleaners have busy schedules and we cannot vary these times at short notice. Also understand that we cannot vary these times when we have other guests departing or arriving the same day.
Please note that we do not have left luggage facilities at the property & cannot store your luggage outside agreed check-in and check-out times.
The property is available for accommodation only.
Strictly no parties, functions, event or gatherings of any kind at the property.
If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors at the property during your stay please discuss your plans with us prior to making your booking.
Only the number of guests stated in the booking may stay at the property.

We are a married couple originally from Ireland and NZ. We met in Darwin in 2002 and moved to Tasmania in 2004. Despite some initial reservations about the weather we now wouldn't live anywhere else.
