Hi Everyone !
I'm Aurélien, 28, and my flatmate is Maxime 27. We are friends for long time, and are both working in the communication industry.
To describe our flat in a nutshell : It's a 55 meters square apartment, at the 4th floor (with elevator) of a beautiful haussmanian style building.
It includes :
- A luminous and pleasant living room, with nice wooden floor, comfortable coach, design seat, large flat TV,
- 2 bedrooms. The big one includes a queen size bed with double mattress for an optimal comfort, wooden floor and marble firplace (can't be used) and a balcony with 2 chairs on the famous rue de vaugirard. The second one also includes a queen size bed, nice wooden floor, a large window and a flat screen TV.
- A fully furnished and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc),
- A bath room with large italian style shower and Mediterranean style mosaic walls. The toilets are separated from the bathroom.
The neighborhood is nice, calm and secured. We are 20 min walk from the Eiffel tower, and 10 min walk from Montparnasse's shops and night life.
It's also 1 minute walk from the Pasteur metro station. From there, you can take the line 6 and 12, to reach the Saint Germain-des-près, Champs Elysées, Denfert-Rochereau, Concorde, etc in 15 minutes.
There's also many bus lines. It's pretty easy to reach any place you want in Paris.
We are pleased to open our homy apartment, and forward to hear from you :)
