The luxurious one bedroom apartment is 559.72 sq ft / 52 sqm and comprises a downstairs living/dining room, separate kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Upstairs you find an elegant bedroom with access to an outdoor terrace which is shared with the two bedroom apartment. A sofa bed can be set up in the living room making this apartment ideal for up to three guests.
On arrival guests will need to check-in at The Rubens at The Palace Hotel, which is a sister property. The apartment is Located a five minute walk from the hotel, a member of staff will assist guests over to the apartment and show them around.
Guests of the apartments have full access to The Rubens Hotel facilities, which includes their bar and restaurants, as well as their concierge team. A member of staff will be contactable 24hours a day.
Whilst checking in a The Rubens Hotel guests of the apartments will be required to leave a £250 key deposit, which will be refunded once the keys are returned and the end of the stay.
Pets are allowed to stay in the apartment. Should a pet be travelling and staying in the apartment, a £500.00 security deposit will be taken at check in however fully refunded on departure on the basis that there is no damage to the room.
