This tastefully furnished, fully self-contained apartment is very spacious and although situated in town, is a nature lovers treat! It enjoys a uniquely Australian back yard filled with beautiful paper-bark forest and is situated on the edge of Lake Doonella. It is fully fly-screened to avoid unwanted insect guests entering the apartment! Before heading off to the beaches, enjoy abundant bird-life such as egrets, lorikeets and kookaburras and the occasional night sightings of possums, fruit bats and wallabies.
You will have the exclusive use of this ground floor apartment which includes a bedroom with very comfortable queen bed, a lounge area with fireplace, TV and a separate nook with pull out couch for additional (pre-arranged) guests. The full kitchen includes a microwave, stove-top, large fridge/freezer and washing up facilities. The full bathroom has a shower & toilet, apologies, no bath. There is plenty of storage space and cupboards throughout the apartment for your use.
For those with mobility problems, there are no steps at all to access the apartment and their is just one step inside to get up to the bathroom.
Exclusive use of this ground floor apartment means you have easy private access and although we pride ourselves in the safety of our neighbourhood, you can lock at your own discretion. There is plenty of on-street parking and direct access from your car to the apartment.
While we are very happy to assist with general enquiries regarding our beautiful Noosa and things to do etc, we realise that you have booked a self-contained apartment and may prefer your privacy. Continental breakfast will be provided on request. Tea, coffee, towels, soap, shampoo, linen and brochures regarding things to do in the area are provided.
Close proximity to wonderful cycle tracks. Mountain bikers paradise!!! Easy access with no steps for those that have mobility problems. (Just one step inside up to the bathroom). Please be aware that as we are situated on the unfenced edge of Lake Doonella Reserve, there is wildlife around the area in which we take great pride but for which we take no responsibility!!
Animals only by prior arrangement please. There is a fenced area adjacent to the apartment. No smoking please. Approximately a metre drop-off from the outdoor verandah and although we love hosting families, as such it is not toddler-friendly (unless you're happy to keep them indoors). As we are situated in a tranquil, family friendly neighbourhood, guests are expected to keep noise levels down between 10pm and 6am in the week and 11pm and 7am on weekends. Excessive rowdy drinking not tolerated on our premises.

The Noosa area has been my home for the past 13 years and I just love living here. It provides all the things i love in an environment- warm weather, warm ocean, stunning beaches and beautiful walking and cycling trails within a protected natural environment. I'm a peoples person and love nothing more than sharing my home with Air BNB guests, family and friends. An avid local and international traveller myself, Im as happy camping under the stars as in a homely BNB environment. Have had a wonderful response to the apartment by guests and not one problem guest yet!!
