Your rental includes a generously sized parking space in a private car park overlooked by the apartment, just across the road.
Our building is mixed residential and vacation rental, therefore we respectfully request that guests are mindful of our neighbours. The apartment is suitable for two persons so additional guests not mentioned on the booking form will unfortunately not be permitted. We regrettably cannot accommodate children or pets, and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. Due to a small number of incidents during our first year of operation, we request a £100 damage deposit which will be returned to you within seven days of vacation of the property. We never retain replacement costs for small accidental breakages.
