My apartment is located near Westbahnhof (a major train station in Vienna), and the popular shopping street Mariahilferstraße.
The apartment itself is very modern and upscale.
You will be staying on a comfortable mattress on the floor (sheets, towel and everything else you need included!).
Hi everyone, I'm Daniel and I am looking for a nice, very clean, and easy-going short-term flatmate who would like to share my very nice (almost luxurious!), very clean flat with an easy-going person like me :-)
My apartment is in a new and modern building, 2 min walking distance from U6 station "Gumpendorferstraße" and about a 5-10 min walk from U6/U3 “Westbahnhof”. Perfect location if you like to travel, shop, go out, and it is also only about 20 min walk to all major universities by public transport.
You will be staying in my study room which I currently hardly ever use. I moved all important things out of this room in order to provide you with the most amount of privacy as possible.
Some of the amazing features of the apartment:
- own room (with comfortable mattress on floor)
- floor heating
- 2 big balconies
- American-style fridge with ice dispenser
- a nice bar with wines and spirits
- steam shower
- basement compartment
- lots of very young and super friendly neighbors who will definitely be happy to invite you to their next BBQ or pre-gaming session
- flat screen TV
- upscale kitchen quipped with high quality induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, blender etc
- Japanese toilet
- designer furniture
- .... and a lot more
I am a 24-year-old prospective teacher, currently working on my MA thesis while working at an international boarding school. One of my passions is traveling and I have lived in 4 countries so far: Austria, USA, Thailand, and Malta. I love meeting new people from all over the world and as a teacher I am very interested in international education and would like to live and work at an international school abroad in the near future. I am involved in many projects at the university, as well as at private research/education institutions. My motto is work hard, play hard, although I wouldn’t really consider any of the jobs I have ever had as “work” because I genuinely LOVE what I am doing, so I don’t mind working long hours. During my time off, I like to travel, eat, and drink – in that order and ideally all at once!
Two important things about me you should definitely know and be okay with:
#1: I am an absolute neat freak.
#2: I am the kind of person that will start making dinner at midnight and goes out at 2am.
If you can't handle that, my place is probably not for you.
If you are a fun, but responsible, mature and clean person, looking for an amazing place to stay, please message me and tell me a little bit about yourself.
I look forward to receiving lots of messages from amazing people. Even if you are not interested in the room but are just looking for someone to show you around in Vienna – still feel free to drop me a line.
Have an awesome day,
You can use pretty much everything in the apartment (such as fridge, freezer, microwave, TV, etc)
I'd be more than happy to show you around and introduce you to Vienna and all the great things this amazing city has to offer.
Please note that you will not be staying in an actual bed, but just a mattress on the floor. It is a very soft and comfortable one though.
The room has a very big glass door leading to the balcony, therefore allowing a lot of light to enter. If this is a problem for you, I'd suggest you bring a sleeping mask.
I enjoy nightlife and like to party so you should feel comfortable with me staying up late. Feel free to join :-)
I am bit picky when it comes to cleanliness, so I will expect you to keep everything the way you found it

I am a student and prospective teacher at Vienna University and I love to travel, eat, and party.
Whenever I'm traveling, I prefer to stay at one place for a longer period of time in order to get the "true lifestyle" experience. I don't really enjoy typical sightseeing, but rather just walk around town, see how the locals live, visit the university and eat the canteen there etc
