Close by are several fun local bars, good restaurants/coffee shops and markets. parking available for a fee (rates depend on timing). We are a close knit community with old housing. This means from time to time you will hear the neighbors, the vacationers and anyone else who wonders by, but everyone is friendly! The apt is perfect for low maintenance, respectful, laid back beach lovers.
The living room opens up into the kitchen creating a friendly common area with a comfy couch and love seat

Indoors at apt, small patio next to apt, the whole beach!
I will most likely be out of town during the duration of your stay but am always accessible by cell phone if you have any questions or concerns.
Parking! Let me know if you need it. There is an additional charge for to then lodge my car elsewhere. Or feel free to park on mission blvd for free if you can find it
We have a very tight knit community, loud late parties are not permitted. In general, during your stay it will be expected that guests are respectful of community around them any time of the day but most importantly after 10pm. There is a porch next to the apt (with teal Adirondack chairs) for quiet relaxation but only until 8pm as the neighbor's window is too close for late night chats! please be kind. No cigarette butts on the turf or scattered around the apt. No Loitering around the ally in front of the door in the street. I appreciate your general awareness of these living quarters and feel free to take all the noise and crazy fun to the beach and the bars!
Easy going, considerate, always looking for something new to try. Moved to San Diego after living in Boston for a long time to enjoy beach living and to play for the USA women's rugby team. I also work in Sales and travel a ton for tournaments and visiting friends. Love my hometown Buffalo, NY. Go Bills!
