Cozy ranch-style 3 bd/2 ba home located on the corner of a quiet tree-lined street in Dearborn. Perfect for a large family or small group. Close to Detroit, shopping malls and the Ford Museum. Home can comfortably accomodate up to 6 people.
We are a small family of four and have filled the space with simple furniture. There is a countertop in the kitchen we use for daily breakfast and conversation with our children. The Master Bedroom has a brand new King size bed, while the others have twin beds, living room has 2 sofas and a small seating area. Full kitchen includes everything you need to make a nice meal and there is complimentary coffee and tea for your use. The driveway provide enough parking for up to 6 cars.
In our basement, there's a second kitchenette and a TV Room where we spend lots of time as a family. There is also a play/homeschooling area where our children like to hang out to draw, read and play music. The basement is large and has its own bathroom with a shower, this is where another 4-6 people could lay down extra beds if needed.
You will have full access to the home (kitchen, yard, bathrooms, dining room, living room, washing room and TV room/basement. There is free WiFi throughout and access to Netflix is included. You can expect a clean home with comfortable linens and a quiet, relaxing stay.
Our home is located on the corner of a quiet street and opposite a middle school. Kroger Supermarket is a 2 minute drive from the house, around the corner there's a wonderful Arabic and Italian bakery and a Walgreens, McDonald's and Burger King is literally a 3 minute walk down the street. Downtown Dearborn is a 5 min drive and the airport is only 15 minutes away.
We travel 6 months out of the year so will not be on the property. The front door will have a lock box and the code is to enter will be given upon check-in. If you require any assistance, are Property Manager is only a phone call away, her details will be left on the counter when you arrive. Clean linens are provided (towels and sheets). Toiletries are not provided. The neighborhood cat "Max" comes to visit us daily from across the street to get snacks, so don't be alarmed if you find him sitting on the steps.
We would also provide you with a list of "things to do" while you visit the city of Dearborn and nearby Detroit.

There is a main bus system on Michigan Avenue (just 1 block away).
Long term guests staying a month or longer will need to sign a temporary rental agreement and pay a $800 security deposit, which will be refunded at end of your stay as long as no damage has been done to the property.
