Family vacationing is at it`s finest in the quiet upscale Braemar area of Pacific Beach. Walk west one and a half blocks and you are on the ocean boardwalk where you can enjoy the surf, sun and sand. One block to the south you`ll find the picturesque walkway, and sandy beach that winds around the calm waters of San Diego`s Mission Sail Bay.
Relax with the entire family, including your dog, in the large fenced, very nicely landscaped backyard with an outdoor table for 6 and a large gas BBQ - a special treat for families that like to cook a great meal at home! After dinner, relax in the living room with a fire in the easy to use gas log fireplace and watch TV or a DVD movie on the large flatscreen TV. The Braemar Beach house is close to the beach and within a few minutes walk to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is provided. Outfitted with 1 eastern King Bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 extra long twin beds for a variety of sleeping arrangements. Maximum occupancy is 6 people plus an infant in crib or pack`n play.
Amenities include a family game room with foosball and air hockey tables, Wii and Nintendo games, an easy to use gas fireplace with permanent logs, multiple flat-screen TVs with a DVD/VCR player, Cable TV and high speed internet with WiFi, IPod docking station and in-house laundry. This house is a real jewel, perfect for a family beach vacation. You`ll see that the owners care about their home and have taken every step possible to make sure that you enjoy it too, with extras like a red wagon to pull to the beach, four beach cruiser bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and even dog toys so the entire family has fun on vacation.

*Cleaning fee includes the standard cleaning fee (including tax) and a non-refundable minimum Damage Coverage of $79. If you would like to opt-out of the Damage Coverage, an additional security deposit of $2,750 will be required.
*The security deposit that Airbnb secures, does NOT cover any fines or fees issued by local authorities. Due to San Diego’s increased regulations and severe punishment on parties and noise, guests will be responsible for any fines NVR incurs as well as fines issued to the guests AND owners due to parties or noise. Fines may be up to $1,000 or more.
*$25 surcharge for cleaning during the Summer Season and stays 14 days and longer.
*Additional fees apply for pets (for pet-friendly properties).
*Additional fees apply for portable a/c units, baby equipment rentals, lost and found returns, lost keys, and other products or services (if applicable).
Excessive noise and parties of any size are forbidden in our units. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from loud outdoor noise or any activity that would interfere with the peace and quiet of the neighbors. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or evict any guests that are in violation of the Good Neighbor Policy, with no refund.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and must not exceed the maximum occupancy limits for the property. If the property is managed by an HOA, Renters also agree to follow any and all HOA rules and regulations.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property or on the premises.
Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. If you are unable to complete and submit a signed agreement within 24 hours, it will result in cancellation of your reservation. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement.
