Spacious Victorian town apartment located in the heart of Edinburgh. Cleanly decorated and with a vintage style.
Ideal location for festival holidaymakers with views of Edinburgh Castle for the twice nightly military tattoo fireworks. Close to the theatre district and city centre and superbly serviced by some of the best bars and restaurants in town. See the Guidebook section for all my favourite places.
The bedroom is for two people. It has a double bed with a new mattress, chest of drawers, and a bed-side lamp. All linens and towels provided.
There is a futon sofa in the living room which is easily folded down into a second double bed. Bed clothes will be left in the room to make up the Futon.
The whole flat is yours to enjoy and make yourself at home.
You will find a selection of tea, coffee and other preserves which you may help yourself to. I'll always endeavour to leave fresh milk, fruit and some other welcome goodies if I'm able.

I can be contacted by email or phone. Please, feel free to ask any questions about the flat or the city! Buses routes, pubs, cinemas...I'll help you in everything if I can. I work 9-6pm Monday-Friday but leave a message and i will call you back.
Alternatively contact my partner Agata by phone if required. She is also a busy professional so if you don't get through straight away, leave a voicemail or a text and she will return your message a.s.a.p:
(phone number hidden) She speaks English, Russian, Polish and Lithuania fluently and also has reasonable French.
Check Out 11am / Check in 1pm-8pm by appointment.
I can and will be flexible about times but you must give at least 48hrs notice.
There is metered parking on the street outside. It´s free from 5.30pm til 8am and on Saturday and Sunday but read the signs carefully and do not take any chances; The parking warden depot is just down the road and the street is patrolled with an iron fist. Being realistic; parking on the street is difficult. If you're staying Mon-Fri and have parking requirements, I can recommend several paid and non-paid alternatives. Paid option is to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) for NCP parking. Quartermile is 2-3 minutes walk, Castle Terrace is 10 minutes walk. The free alternative is to drive up Morningside Road then turn right onto Morningside drive. This is the no yellow line zone and is a well lit residential street. Park up and then jump the bus back down the hill or walk.
Please respect my neighbours and be quiet in the stairwell after 10pm. Talking/shouting will wake people and their children. Also strictly no smoking in the stairwell. Out the back terrace is where to smoke.
No high heels please (original wooden floors)
Please do not light a fire in the fireplace (the chimney professionally blocked)
No pets. Sorry, I love doggies but I love my house more.
No hen/stag parties.
