Some Airbnb basics:
Airbnb dates always include the check out date, so booking for a few nights stay should show up in the dates as from your first night to your checkout day;
An enquiry will not hold my room for you; I also sometimes have Instant Book activated, so while it is available anyone can book it. Only the committed booking will ensure that you have the room for the nights you have committed to.
A good car trip is at best 30mins.
Usually for a taxi you would allow 1 hour (it would probably take 45mins)
If you took a tram into Southern Cross Station for the Skybus, you would leave here about 1hr10mins before arrival at airport, which gives you about 40 mins to get tram to the Skybus.
To get from the airport, just reverse this.
In the room provided are: bed, pillows, sheets, doona and cover, towels, face washers, cupboards for bags and hanging and drawers, electric blanket or hot water bottle for winter, hand held hairdryer, drinking glasses, power board including USB slots, loan Myki cards, Bluetooth groupie stick;

Respect for each of us, and negotiate issues of difference, preferences and overlapping activities etc. I am environmentally conscious, so encourage responsible use of resources. Great natural lighting means the greenhouse contribution is minimised. Solar panels provide power during the daytime.
