Quirky, stylish room in trendy area close to the centre of Bristol. Easton offers some of the best places to eat and drink, and a flavour of Bristol's arty, bohemian community. It has great transport links, and the house itself has bags of character.
The cosy room comfortably sleeps two. The house has a sunny, outdoor seating area and a well equiped kitchen including a dining table. A help yourself breakfast of cereals and toast with spreads as well as tea and coffee is available on request by prior arrangement when possible.
As well as the bedroom, guests will have access to the kitchen dining area, the outdoor seating area and the bathroom. There is a place to store a bike outside the front of the house.
We have recently acquired a pet puppy. She is very cute and friendly and she adores meeting people.
On arrival, we will provide more details about how we ask guests to treat the house. A few things to take into account before booking are:-
This is a non smoking house, guests can smoke outside in the garden until 10 pm but we ask that you respect the fact that this is a residential area and we have neighbours with young children.
On week nights we ask that guests are back and quiet by 10 30 (we both work long hours and need our sleep!).
Please refrain from using the kitchen after 9 30pm.
As this is our home, we ask that guests do not bring anyone back to the house with them.
We will aim to be here when you arrive to show you around but this will not always be possible. In which case, there will be detailed instructions of everything you need to know. We both lead busy lives so generally we will leave you to get on with things but will be happy to answer questions or give advice about the area.
I live with my husband Sam and our little pup, Nina. Having travelled all over the world, we're yet to find a place we love as much as Bristol. We feel incredibly lucky to live in our beautiful house in what we feel is the most exciting, vibrant area of bristol. We want to share a slice of this and return some of the warm generosity we've experienced throughout our travels.
I work as a mental health nurse and Sam works for a housing charity and is hoping to do his social work training next year. We believe in social justice and equality and we are interested in what is going on in the world.
In our free time we love walking and the countryside, spending time with family, cooking and hosting, travel, and making the most of what Bristol has to offer.
