Guests need to comply with Body Corporate by laws. Laundry can't be hung in visible areas. Noise needs to be over by 10.30pm on Weeknights. Rubbish must be put into the correct bins. Security in the complex needs to be observed. No Pets, Smoking is not allowed in common areas, and not inside the apartment. Guests are asked to be conscious of where their smoke is going and if it is causing distress to other residents they will have to stop and go somewhere else to smoke. No Parties Please. This is a much loved and cherished home, please treat it as you would your own.

Hi, I am the onsite manager for the complex that these properties are listed in. I work here, but live across the road. The email address that your messages come to is my office and I do not always check it on weekends. I am a baby boomer, and have to admit that I am not great with technology. Yet to master the AIRBNB app on the phone. I am a single mother of two children, both away at university, but I still have the family dog whom comes to work with me. I believe myself to be a people person and a problem solver ( as long as it is not technology!). I am available onsite from 8.30 to 5 weekdays if you need me. The apartment is yours to use and I will leave you to it. Very happy to recommend local places to eat shop and visit and provide directions. I look forward to meeting you one day soon. Georgina
