Great place and great location. Michael was always available to answer any questions. Place was clean and had everything one could need. Just so you know, there is no oven but they have a grill poolside if you need it. I will be back

Great place, right on the water. Tiki bar and two pools plus Jacuzzi. Plenty of boat docks. Free bicycles and a location that gets you to Honeymoon Island within 10 min. on the bikes. Mike's place is spacious, clean and well-equipped. Definitely would book it again.

We loved our stay at Michael's great apartment! The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed getting to use the available bikes and watching the sun set over the water every night. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was as Mike described. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and comfortable with everything in it we needed. It was well placed for a short walk into Old Dunedin with great cycle paths everywhere.
