The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom with tub and shower, kitchen equiped with small refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The terrace is private and for exclusive use of our guests.

On the day of arrival we will welcome our guests personnaly at the apartment to show them around and answer any questions.
In accordance wth the city tax law, since january 2016 guests are charged 1€/per person/per night to be collected in cash on arrival

Number of guests: The apartment is suitable for 2/3 people. This capacity cannot be exceeded without prior permission. Pets are also subject to prior permission.
Insurance: when booking your flight we strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance. We cannot be held liable for delays, losses or other mishaps which happen either at the apartment or on route.
Breakages: We ask you to replace any simple items and report major ones to the owner.
Long Term guests are welcome. The total price includes water and electricity charges and final cleaning. Regular cleaning and laundry services are not included unless some other conditions are negotiated during reservation process.
Arrival/ Departure: You may enter the apartment, or leave luggage, after 4pm on the day of arrival, and are asked to vacate before 11am on the day of departure.
Please note: You are responsible for leaving the apartment and its contents in good order and condition, and shall be liable for any costs arising during your tenancy. Out of consideration for other guests, we request No Smoking inside the apartment, please.
