Stunning very large 3 bedroom house refurbished in a modern style with a super open plan kitchen living space leading directly on to a large garden. Very quiet, light & spacious throughout. Added bonus of free use of tennis courts and free parking.


The house has been modernised to a high standard with a wonderful huge open plan living space leading onto the garden with wooden decking, a BBQ, and various outdoor lounge areas.. There is free parking available in the driveway. There is also free use of 4 tennis courts just opposite the house (we have rackets & balls if you need to borrow them).

There is also a second living room that can be used as a kids playroom, or somewhere quiet to sit.

The house is arranged over 3 floors with 3 large bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds (super king and king sized) and then 1 single beds in the 3rd bedroom (we could add 3 mattresses if needed for extra guests but they are without bed frames).

There are 3 bathrooms and also a separate utility room with washing machine and separate dryer.

No smoking in the house - No pets allowed - No partying or loud noises
Keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over please

We offer flexible checkin & checkout times however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual checkin times after 14:00 and checkout times before 11:00

We can offer late checkin but needs to be pre-arranged at least 3 days before arrival.
Late check-in option is available for guests arriving after 8pm but it is chargeable at £20 for all check-ins between 8pm and 10pm. If the check-in takes place after 10pm & before 9am then the fee is £45 for the service.
Extra checkin fees will need to be paid in advance.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the checkin time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.

Lost keys – £50.00 for replacement

This is a family house so please take good care of it!
We have a dog, so house trained dogs are welcome to stay

bellissima esperienza in una casa davvero ben arredata ed equipaggiata. non vicinissima lla metropolitana ma comunque davvero raccomandabile!!!!

It was a pleasure to stay in this deceptively large house. Generally well appointed, well insulated and quiet with loads of space which was a blessing for our two children at the beginning and end of day. The open plan kitchen/living room really is something to behold! The beds were very comfortable (important after days exploring London!) and all of the linen and towels were high quality. Only downside we found was the lack of tube service from Kensal Green at weekends due to engineering works. Locals we spoke to suggested this is a regular occurrence, so worth checking in advance on the TfL website as the bus replacement service on the Sunday was infrequent. The local eateries and delis were good. Overall, we would definitely recommend to families visiting London who don't mind a small 'commute' at the beginning and end of the day.

la casa es cómoda y esta bien equipada. El espacio de cocina comedor y estar es tal como aparece en la fotografía, amplio luminoso y confortable. Ademas, en planta baja, hay un cuarto de juegos o gabinete, junto a la entrad,a que ha sido el lugar preferido de los chicos. El barrio es muy residencial, algo apartado para un una visita fugaz a Londres, pero ideal para estancias algo mas prolongadas ya que dispone de restaurantes, pequeño comercio incluso un cine que harían innecesario el traslado al centro. En definitiva es una casa perfecta para disponer de tiempo para disfrutarla.

Io e i miei amici siamo stati benissimo in questa casa meravigliosa. Affittare un appartamento attraverso Airbnb piuttosto che prenotare un anonimo albergo si e'rilevata un esperienza unica. Anche se non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente Veronica siamo stati assistiti benissimo per qualsiasi problema. La casa e' situata in una zona tranquilla silenziosa e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Anche i ragazzi hanno apprezzato molto la possibilità di giocare a tennis tutte le mattine e per noi genitori gustarci un caffè espresso mitico nel bar/alimentari a 70 metri da casa. Giudizio 10 gia' consigliato a tutti i miei amici. Ciao Catia
