3 Day minimum rental. Mystic Mountain Retreat is perched atop Livingston's prestigious High Ground area and is a perfect place for relaxation or adventure. Accommodations are on the lower level of a two level home. From the living room are views across 100's of acres including several mountain ranges and the Yellowstone River with majestic and panoramic views that stretch forever. This 1150 sq ft accommodation offers secluded country living yet only one mile from downtown. Complete with kitchen supplies, warm and cozy living room with four view windows, natural gas stove, king size bed, + double twin bunk beds, 2 closets, books, videos and games, Cable TV/Internet, and outdoor sitting.

Livingston has been rated among the top 10 markets in the U.S. and is home to several famous movie stars. Experience the breathtaking vistas and charm that made downtown Livingston the location of movies such as 'A River Runs Through It' and the 'Horse Whisperer' and was originally the gateway to Yellowstone Park. Downtown Livingston is the best outpost for explorations to Yellowstone Country, the Wild West at its Civilized Best, offering fine dining, art galleries, shops, bars with lots of music a quaint movie theatre, the smallness and views have been compared to Jackson Hole at 2/3 the cost.

Mystic Mountain Retreat is situated 1 mile to shopping, restaurants, antiques, art galleries and live music, 10 minutes to hiking and entertainment at Pine Creek lodge/restaurant and another 20 minutes to Chico Hot Springs. Yellowstone National Park is a 50 mile drive through beautiful Paradise Valley to Mammoth Hot Springs. Bozeman is only 23 miles and the Airport is 35 miles to the west. Billings is 110 miles east.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the rental apartment however allowed outside only.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Trampoline on premise is NOT available for renters.
Pets are NOT allowed. 
Parking is limited to two vehicle(s).  Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.  Parking at the top of driveway is also permitted.  Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
Fireplace: The fireplace is a vented natural gas fireplace. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
Water and Septic: The property] is on a standard septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages fees.
Option A: If there is a storm, no refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Storm Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Storm Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Storm Warning," area, we will refund:

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Storm Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Storm Warning" period.
Option B: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.]

The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. The view is breathtaking and Mrs. Chera and her husband were very accommodating. One could not pick a better place to stay. This will give you the full Montana experience.

景色は最高! 連日、外に設置してあるバーベキューコンロでステーキを焼いたり、ソーセージを焼き、美しい景色の中で、ビールを飲みました! 最高に素晴らしかった!
